We love LA

Longing for some sun, surf and family time, we spent spring break this year in lovely Los Angeles.  Our gorgeous condo was right on the beach -- the waves lulled us to sleep each night and the smell of sea air woke us each morning.  We filled our week with countless adventures -- visiting the Getty Museum and the La Brea Tar Pits, petting sharks and sting rays at the Long Beach Aquarium, dining al fresco as much as possible, taking in the gorgeous views from the Hollywood Hills, catching up with old friends from Boalt, spending time with Zach and his family for Passover, hunting for both matzah and Easter eggs, biking from Venice to Santa Monica on the famous boardwalk, playing on the beach, and just enjoying each other's company, without schedules, commitments or stress.  The perfect vacation.  More pics of our fun-filled week here.

Aaron's birthday celebration

After a family party at home, Aaron could think of no better way to celebrate his birthday than taking in a Michigan basketball game.  So the day after his birthday we made the trek to College Park with three of his buds for an afternoon to remember.  More pics of his birthday celebrations here.
