Milestones

This past week has been an eventful one.  Aaron got a dash of culture as his class visited the National Gallery of Art for their unit on pop art.  Talia decided she was ready for undies, and that was that.  When this girl sets her mind to something, there is no stopping her!  Talia also moved to a big girl bed this weekend.  Before we know it she'll be driving.

 

Happy Thanksgiving

We had a great Thanksgiving with Grandma and Grandpa. We went for a long walk near their new home, and the Lions did their part for Grandpa by beating the Packers. 

We will wrap it all up with a night of Hanukkah. 

Viva Mexico

Talia and Aaron took their first international trip to celebrate the wedding of Lory's cousin, Michael, and his beautiful bride, Sandy, in Mexico.  We spent our first few nights at a resort north of Cancun, then met everyone for the wedding festivities in Playa del Carmen.  Although the weather was not always cooperative, we did get a few days of gorgeous sunshine and spent lots of time with family.

Dinner on the Beach

We survived the flight and lack of naps to arrive in beautiful Playa de Mujeres. First night was dinner on the beach.

We recently relived our glory days in Ann Arbor for a weekend.  Although the football team didn't cooperate with a victory, we still had a blast visiting the old haunts and seeing our buds.
