Springtime is here

Spring has finally arrived in DC and not a minute too soon! Talia turned two months old yesterday and is a smiling, cooing ball of cuteness. We have been out and about, visiting friends and enjoying the warmer weather. We loved our visit from Michael, Andrea and cousin Matthew, who came up from Florida to spend the weekend. We also celebrated the soon-to-be newest additions to the family with baby showers for Kristen (due on July 4th) and Liz (due in a few short weeks!!) Pictures here.

Talia Weeks 1-3

Our little girl is growing and changing every day. We've loved introducing her to family and friends over the last few weeks. What we haven't loved so much is the fact that Talia is a night owl and loves to party (i.e., scream) from about 7:30 to 11 pm every night. Good thing she's such a cutie! Aaron's 2nd birthday

Aaron turned two on February 27th -- where has the time gone? Our guy had a great time celebrating his big day with family and friends and enjoying his many gifts, including his first bike. Pictures here.

Talia arrives

We are thrilled to announce that our sweet baby girl has arrived. Talia Elizabeth Brin was born on February 20th at 4:25 am. She weighed 7 pounds, 5 ounces and was 19 3/4 inches long. Talia's entrance into the world was markedly smoother (and quicker!) than her big brother's. Pictures from Talia's birthday and our days in the hospital are here. We couldn't be happier and are already so in love with her!

Holidays 2010

We had a fun-filled holiday season, spending Christmas in DC with the Races and then heading down to Florida for New Year's with the Brins. Aaron spent a lot of quality time with family, went to the beach and the pool, and (the highlight) rode in a golfcart with his dad and Poppa!
